Is Dismates still around?

I tried going to Dismates and I can't find it! I haven't been around for about a year so I am wondering if its still a working site. Any help would be appreciated!

I agree! I had seen someone "suggest" it on another thread and I tried to go to it. I couldn't find it either. :sad2: Maybe we should start a new thread for

1) 30-something gals searching
2) 30-something guys searching
3) 40-something gals searching
4) 40-something guys searching etc., etc.

That way each person can "search" where it suits them most!?? (i.e., I would only search the 40-something guys. Wouldn't really be interested in the 20-somethings out there.

Anyone else game?? :confused3

Sounds like at least some of us are interested in this idea. :thumbsup2 I just thought of it when reading the "roll call" thread and there was a bit of everybody mixed in there. Made it very difficult to determine who was who and how old everyone was.

If I were to open the thread "40-something single Gals searching" and "40-something single Guys searching" ... do you think the other 'aged' people would follow-suit and start their own specific threads? (i.e., 20s, 30s, 50s, etc.) I wouldn't have to start them all myself, right? :confused3

There's a new thread that started too called 'single men' and we're trying to put together an 'inventory' list of age/location of all teh singles on here. stop by there if you want! :)

I think this is a GREAT idea. Maybe 30something singles, 40something singles, etc.. that way there is a good mix... so it's not just A woman seeking a man and people don't feel they are stepping on toes? On the other threads I, too, noticed sometimes the age differences are TOO mixed.. I'd love to go to a thread knowing people around my interest range are as far as a real potential.

I'm totally in! I'll keep watching for when you guys start this:)

Most of the threads here are just SO long that it is impossible to get caught up! Oh well.....que sera sera. ;)

I've actually emailed the current owner of the site to see it's status and if it's for sale as I would be interested in looking into this. As previous post stated that it was visited often but it certainly seems like many of the posts here are looking for their Dis Mate. Thoughts???

If you go to www.networksolutions.com and do a "whois" search you will get all of Harriet's information. Also, the site registration expires on January 2, so once it is expired the domain name will be available to anyone.
