At the Santa Fe a few years ago, breakfast was cereals, croissants, ham, cheese, orange juice, yoghurts - but no cooked stuff. Not sure if anything's changed since then but is it the same sort of breakfast at the Cheyenne now?

We stayed there last year and the breakfast was as you described. I didn't see anything cooked.

Sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear :)

Cooked food for breakfast is only avaliable at New York and Disneyland Hotels.

Or if you pay to go to Cafe Mickey.

Cooked food is also available at NBC and SL (for an extra charge - think its about €6)

Thanks everyone - ema, that is what I wanted to hear :) I thought it was a great breakfast, really perfect, but I thought I read someone on here saying that there were only croissants and no cheese/ham etc. Not sure how well the kids are going to eat in the park, so want to make sure they fill up on breakfast before we go :)

Cheese and ham are available in all Disney Hotels (apart from the DCR). We have stayed in the Chenenne for 1 night and they had cheese/ham at breakfast. Used this to make sandwiches for lunch.
