60.00 is what the offer is that was the winning bidder on ebay at 73.55 he pulled out on the Auction he WON after out bidding many people.
For a day he was offering first,57.00 per point and now he is up to a wopping 60.00 per point
I believe he is trying to drive the price up he bid on both of my properties and walked from both deals. There was no deal at 73.55 he took a hike and pulled his bid. So it show on ebay that it sold at 73.55 NOT TRUE!!!
