Birthday party on pontoon boat - or - what else?

Has anyone ever done the birthday party on the pontoon boat where you go to Epcot to watch the fireworks? What is Jane & her pixies? Papa is celebrating his birthday while we are there, as well as his retirement and we would really like to do something special.
