Ok, so after all of the raves about the baggalini from the Dis boards, I bought one. I LOVED it! It was so nice and small and compact. However, I'm now thinking it's too small and compact. Last time in WDW I wore a backpack and I looked like a pack mule!!! But, even though I loved the idea of the baggalini, I'm afraid I'm going to wish I had something bigger, for the kids' jackets, etc. I know, I know, but I like to spoil them on vacation, and carry what they need for them, (and in my defense, they still are sorta young)

Anyhoo...my question is for the backpack fans...Do you have one you like? Big enough but not pack mule big? We're going in January, so it's not like I'm dealing with 90 degree days. I'd like one with compartments, too. (One of the features I liked on the baggalini)

Any and all advice appreciated!!:)

I actually have a diaper bag backpack that I still love to use when we travel even though my boys are long out of diapers. It has compartments for everything, including water bottle holders on each side. You may want to look into getting one of these. Mine is the same size as a normal backpack but much more efficient. I think I got mine at Babies R Us.
