Mickey Balloons in Motown!

The celebration tour is here in Detroit! Downtown at Campus Martius until 2 pm. Got my Mickey balloon!

Yay!!! You totally lucked out! I was just downtown about an hour ago. It's such a beautiful day today! Anyway, DH had an early morning business meeting downtown, so DS(3) and I tagged along. We were at Campus Martius right at 10 AM and they were just setting up. I waited until 11AM but DH was finished and we had to go. They were still waiting on the balloons to arrive, so we left. :sad1: However, a very nice cast member gave DS an autographed picture of Mickey. :cool1: And she gave us one of the gold invitations that are supposed to be attached to the balloon. I'm still trying to figure out where and how to enter the invitation code.:sad2:

I'm still debating on whether or not to go to Royal Oak this evening. I understand they are going all out with Princesses and even a Disney movie. I'm glad the balloons finally got there. :)
