Help needed!! Hyatt Huntington beach

I am hoping to stop at the Hyatt Regency Huntington beach resort and spa in june next year for a week,and was wondering what the hotel is like.Also are there any discounts or codes about That can get the room rates down a little .The hotel looks lovely but a little pricey.It is our 10 wedding anniversary and wanted to give the wifea nice surprise.Any advice or help would be much appreciated.

I stay there a few times a year & only use AAA discount. They do offer some deals online that are a good deal for prepay but I don't like to prepay anything that I don't have to so I usually skip those.

There used to be a thread about bidding for hyatt hb but it doesn't seem to win lately, only hyatt newport. Maybe the bidding people can help.

I am curious to see if anybody has any codes for hyatt hb, too. :confused3

But, the hotel overall is wonderful.

grounds are beautiful
it's quiet
dedicated pedestrian bridge to get to the bridge
excellent service
great hot tub

I think you'll have a great time especially if it's for a nice :lovestruc getaway, even if you have to spend a little extra.
