Staying at CSR and doing breakfast at 1900 PF. Not sure what park after that probably MK or EPCOT.
We've never: stayed onsite, dined at a resort, or riden the monorail.
Leaving in 4 days.

There are a couple of options. Depending on the time of your 1900 PF PS, you could yake the bus to MK, then the Boat to GF. This would be good if yoiu have about 45 minutes allowed for the commute. If you don't want to spend so much time traveling, take a Taxi from CSR to GF for about $11. Just make sure that after breakfast you take the monorail to your next destination--even for grown-ups, it's a blast!.

Couldn't I take the bus to MK and then the monorail to GF? Would that be faster then the boat?

From MK the monorail stops are: CR, TTC, Poly then GF. So the monorail may take longer. I don't know the stops for the boat.
If there is a bus to the TTC, you can take that and then take the monorail to GF (the only stop would be the Poly).
We always asked a CM at the resort for the best routes.

The boat goes directly from the MK to the GF, The ride lasts about 5 minutes, if that. I love the boats, but the trip aeound the seven seas lagoon on the monorail is awesome as well. Just allow plenty of time and take the option that you would most like to do.

Depending on the time, the boats may not be running early early. I would be sure to leave CSR an hour before your PS. Ride the bus to MK. Ride the monorail from MK to the GF (about 7-10 minutes). Then, after breakfast, ride the boat to MK or the monorail to Epcot. Have fun!
