View Full Version : I have been on the phone for about 2 hours waiting Connections

I'm beginning to wonder if it is worth it. I hav been waiting for about 2 hours this am. Once I got through and the person somehow disconnected me. :mad: Then i called back and I'm still waiting. How long have any of you waited? Is there a better time to call?

I feel your frustation! I've been trying all morning off and on. I finally decided to try and join over the internet site, but I can't find a link to join. It looks like you can only access the site if you are already a member. However, I was told many times over the weekend that I could join over the 'net ... there systems were down everytime I called this w/end and was told that I could do this. Please let me know if you get through and I will do the same.

I did send an email. Maybe I can get through this way!

I want to join also. I heard you could join at mypoints and receive a membership number by email immediately. I logged in to mypoints and NEVER found anything pop up or otherwise about connections????? HELP!

I joined last week through www.blink.com (http://www.blink.com) . Just checked,and its still there.

I joined earlier after a 15 minute wait on the phone. I told them I heard about them though Citibank, so they said the price was $69..had to pay with citbank or AT & T card...it would be charged in 30 days. They put me on automatic to take the info..all computerized. I called back the number they gave me to order, and it was out of service. I recalled the first number, and was told the computers are down to call back Thursday. It sounded like a auto voice, but it was a real voice. I told him I wasn't too happy..he said try again in an hour. I think the 30 day version will be all I will want!

When I had some problems with Connections I emailed them from their website and got a response within 24 hours with a different number for a customer service department. They were really with it and I got immediate help with my problem. The number is 1-888-206-2321. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info. I plan on calling later to see if I have been put into the system yet.
