Anyone? I am wondering if I will have any problem doing transfers onto these shirts- Kohl's huge sale & I was able to pick up a few really cute solid female shirts w/ 5% spandex for $2.90!!! Originally $29. shirts- They are so attractive w/ a much more feminine look and I want to transfer onto them but w/ the stretch in the fabric will I have a problem? It's a very small amount but stretchy all the same- Please anyone w/ experience or advice TIA!

I was just up at Michaels last night (picking up tattoo paper for dd's for our trip, :)), and browsed through their transfer paper also.... they have a transfer paper there that says its specifically for stretch fabrics.. might wanna give it a try?

Avery makes transfer paper that says it is for fabric that stretches. I have never used it, but read others posts about people who had success using it. I saw the paper in Walmart.

I never saw the stretch transfer paper in our 3 Wal*Marts...I must have missed it...or else, they don't carry it...good luck.

The stretchable ones I saw are made by Avery. I think they are only for light shirts if I remember correctly. I will be in Walmart tomorrow so I'll take a look.

Thanks guys! I am going to look out for it - I will also browse the internet- Maybe find that way- I hope I can use on darker shirts too though- This would be so cool! _ Hmmm- Now I wonder if I can get the small ribbed henley's and use w/ transfers too- I am brainstorming here- LOL & Hey! For anyone else looking - check your Kohl's! Huge sales going on and I am going back tomorrow- I checked all my savings and prices- Of the items I picked up - If I had paid regular price for all of them I would have spent $328.90 before tax! I ended up paying $50.32 at the register after taxes! WoooHooo- What a great bargain and they are having sales in all departments- Most expensive item- Chaps Capri jeans in pale orange- $7.35! I figured would be really cute to wear at an ADR in the evening w/ a capped Tee or a tank w/ button up 3/4 or short sleeve shirt layered over and buttoned up about halfway- Thx again- I am off to browse the boards a bit and then do some searching- Gonna ask Amy if her transfers can be used as well -

I checked Walmart today. They had them. They were called Avery Stretchable T-Shirt Transfers. The example on the package was on a white shirt, but it didn't specify on the package if it was for light or dark shirts, at least not that I saw. Let us know how they work if you try them.
