I was just wondering if anyone had tried the Body for life 12week challenge? Did you like it? Have any success? I am going to start it on November 17th, that is after I get back from Disney world. :cool1: I think I would be setting myself up to fail to do something that takes this much planning at Disney. So I am just getting the things I need to be successful, getting more weights so I have a bigger selection etc.
