If DCL picks us up at the BC @ 12:30, when do

If DCL picks us at the BC @ 11:45am, when do we arrive at port canaveral?

Will I be able to get reservations for Palo or the spa since we arrive later? It's a 3 dayer (May16) and we would like do dine at Palos' our last night.

The ride is no more than an hour, and reservations typically start at 1:30. Since boarding starts (usually) at 12:15, the line should be gone when you arrive. You should have no problems getting in the ressie line early, and you will hopefully have time to eat lunch first. If not, there will still be plenty of chow left after you make your ressies.

You will get to the port at about 1:30pm. You will enjoy a nice bus ride, which will have a movie about the cruise to get you all excited and the best part about it is when the movie is over and there is a shot of the "Magic" or "Wonder" when the movie fades to black and you look out your window - She will be in full view!!! I loved the way this was timed. You will have plenty of time to get all of your reservations.
