We all had a wonderful time at Disney while we were there. :dance3:
However, our plane trip home was awful! We boarded in Orlando to Atlanta and sit behind a couple with a baby (looked like maybe about a yr old). My son had headphones so he listened to music on the way to Disney and I had started to get a pair but thought I wouldn't need them for the trip back. BOY! was I wrong!! I wished a million times on the way home I had bought some. Apparently the baby was a breast milk baby and nothing was suiting her but the nennie. The mom didn't have anything but water in a bottle for her and that just wasn't making her happy. The baby screamed from the time we left until 10 minutes before landing the mom decided to finally pull out the nennie and finally take care of the situation. I don't know why it took her so long. It's been a while since I've had any little ones and patience isn't what it used to be. I thought my head would explode! :headache: Please let me say one thing to nursing mom's, if you're flying please take an extra bottle of breast milk or formula for the baby. :teacher: This had everyone in the whole plane disrupted. People & airflight attendant were coming by asking if the baby has alright and if they could do anything. It really made a horrible flight home after what was a great vacation.
Lesson learned, take earphones if you're flying (you just never know when you'll need them)!!! :hippie:

Well, it could have been a number of things that were making the baby uncomfortable. The pressure can really hurt a child's ears. That is to be expected on planes. Babies cry on planes sometimes. Sorry you had such a bad time on the flight though.

A little Benadryl goes a long way for young ones. I am not above giving the kids just a little before take off. Then it is nighty night for the plane ride. My youngest was asleep before we hit cruising altitude and my wife woke her up when we landed. No crying, No moaning, and the whole plane ride was quiet for everyone.
