Making a room request

If you want to put in a request for a specific building - at CBR - when do you send it and to whom? We arrive at the end of May and wonder when to make the request.

I faxed requests to both AKL and BC four days before we arrived . I asked for specific room locations, bunkbeds/daybeds, and floors. I was very surprised to get everything I requested!:) And this was during a busy spring break time in April!
