ANYONE Know what happens when a couple splits?

What happens to a DVC contract when there is a divorce situation?
Can one members name be removed (if part of the seperation agreement) or is this considered a new contract situation and it has to be sold?

Since it's a deeded propriety, the same rules apply as your house.

Well, I "got DVC" in my divorce. My ex had to to be removed from the deed which then had to be re-recorded. There was a certain amount of documentmentation that I had to wade through. I was thankful that the he-ex was cooperative. It wasn't very difficult - cost about $250 or so. Kevin at Member Administration walked me through. I went back to my maiden name as well, so that was all part of the process.

Getting DVC was one of the best things I got out of the divorce! I was able to sell BCV to pay for the divorce and still have a paid off contract at OKW. I miss those BCV points now.

Ah, a week at BWV in under two weeks! YEAH!!!!
