SeaWorld Orlando plans to open a reservations-only seafood buffet next month overlooking the whales in Shamu Stadium.
Priced at $28 for adults and $16 for children ages 3 to 9, the Dine with Shamu program will include talks by park trainers, spokesman Nick Gollattscheck said.
Seating times will differ by day, he said.
SeaWorld's parent, Busch Entertainment Corp., already offers the program at SeaWorld parks in San Diego, Calif., and San Antonio, Texas.
SeaWorld Orlando also is building a restaurant inside its Terrors of the Deep shark exhibit. Gollattscheck said the aquarium and Sharks Underwater Grill should open sometime this summer.
