If all the cat 10 handicapped rooms are not reserved, does DCL fill them or leave them open?
Is there any chance upon boarding of getting a handicapped room?
Is there a reason you would not want a handicapped room?

We had a Cat 11 GTY. When we got our docs, we had been assigned to a handicap room. We had not requested it, although I did mention to the TA that my sister sometimes has pain when she walks. Maybe that is why they assigned it to us.

Our tablemates on our 1st cruise lived in CCbeach and had booked at the last minute. They got the last level 10 room which was a handicap room. The only complaint they had were panic buttons for emergency help on the night stand and in the bathroom. The husband managed to hit both of them while visiting the bathroom in the middle of the night and the phone call or knock at the door checking on them(can't remember which)woke his wife up. They loved the size of the room.
