25 year extension again!!!

Has everyone now sorted and signed Yes or No for this extension.My daughter has had a letter and documents arrive saying it should be returned by the end of September
however she is going to OKW on the 3rd Dec and gave them a call to let them know she would bring the documents with her.
She has not had any reply as yet....what do you think

I'd keep trying to get a response. Certainly waiting until December should not be an unreasonable wait. I'd even try calling Member Accounting for an answer in addition to her guide.

BTW, the extension is for 15 years - not 25. Instead of expiring January 31, 2042 it would be January 31, 2057 with the extension.

We haven't signed our renunciation yet. We are off to DL in October so will aim to take the forms with us to sign there.

No, we haven't signed and sent ours back yet, it's such a hassle finding a public notary and involves a lot of travel and both me and my hubby taking time off work. So at the moment I'm just sitting on it until we get a reminder and hoping to string it out until our next WDW trip and getting it done over there! :upsidedow

So annoyed that we have to go through this to say 'no' to something we didn't ask for in the first place!!! :sad2:

I'd just wait till December.

I took the papers with me when I went 2 weeks ago and they just had me sign them with no bother. Just walked into the DVC center at Saratoga.. it took about 15 minutes. Remember to take ID with you!

I think it's more for their files, that nobody can sue them later :)
