Hi,
My family and I will be attending Mickey's Trick or Treat party in Disneyland. :cool1: While I know that they provide bags, I thought it would be neat if I decorated paint cans. I have young kids (2 and 4) that can't appreciate Jack Skellington yet, so I need some inspiration! If anyone could post pictures of finished paint cans and/or provide some crafty ideas, I would be soo greatful! :worship:
Thanks in advance!
Altered paint cans will be adorable for trick or trick buckets.
Are you dressing up? What will your ToT costumes be? That would determine how I decorated my cans for me.

You might want to make the smaller cans, not the big ones. You don't really get that much candy anymore and I would think the big ones would be really irritating by the night's end. Sounds like a great idea! and I agree, match them to the costumes.

I'm thinking of making some for the three (possibly) or five trick or treaters I get...I'll fill them with goodies. I think the smaller ones would be fine, but you'll need to figure something out for a handle. I'm leaning toward smaller, because I don't really have the extra money to fill the big ones. Have fun!

Thanks all! My daughter is dressing as Little Bo Peep from Toy Story and my son is dressing as Indiana Jones. I see myself spending way too much time scouring many scrapbook stores looking for fun paper for his altered can, but I will have fun doing it!;)
Is a pint size can the smaller sized can? I purchased one large paint can at our local hardware store. (Oddly enough, it cost less than Oriental Trading.:confused3 ) This will my first attempt at decorating a paint can, so I apologize if I ask silly questions.
