Okay so i've gone over my numbers several times and while I don't think I would save much I could be wrong. I admit that I don't know the plan well enough to fully utilize it but I didn't think I would save because we're eating at restaraunts that would qualify mostly as table service. If someone could maybe just glance over my ADRs (I don't want to make people do work for me but a suggestion would help) it would be very much appreciated.
Also, the CM on the phone told me that Bistro de Paris is casual dress but requires a collared shirt. The only collared shirt I have is really formal except for my boy scout shirt XD (which I found at a vintage store) and I don't think that would cut it. Will they turn me away?
Okay, here are the restaraunts we're planning on eating at:
Wolfgang Puck Express
Bistro De Paris
Tusker House
Brown Derby
Victoria and Albert’s
Kona cafe
Boma
And maybe another restaraunt as well as some snacks at F&W festival. Since these are all TS and we're not snackers I don't think I would save anything. What would you recommend. Thanks in advance!

It depends I think on the length of your stay. Vicky & Al's and Brown Derby are both two-credit restaurants -- meaning you'll burn two table-service credits at each. So if you're going for 7 days, you'll run out of TS credits.
As for Bistro, your tag suggests you are female (forgive me if I'm wrong), in which case I wouldn't worry. I don't think the collared-shirt code is enforced against women. There have been reports that it's enforced against males, so if you have any in your party you may want to make sure they toe the line.

Puck Express is a Counter Service. Not sure if you knew that or if you meant to say Puck Cafe?
Also I do not believe Bistro participates in the plan, although Chefs de France does.

Hmm I think that the dining plan wouldn't really help me out then because i'm only staying for four days! Definately not enough credits then.

Yeah I don't really see why you need the dining plan.
Victoria and Alberts, and Bistro de Paris, DO NOT accept the dining plan.
Wolfgang Express is a counter service.
Tusker House I believe is 2 TS since it is character dining. Boma is 1 credit and I believe Kona Cafe is also 1 credit.
Brown Derby is also 2 TS.

You'll also need more formal wear at V&A - dress shirt and jacket. You probably know that already but just making sure.
Character dining is NOT 2 credits, so Tusker House is only 1 TS but the previous poster is correct about Brown Derby being 2 TS and V&A and Bistro not being on the dining plan.
For Bistro - do you have a polo shirt? That would count as a collared shirt. I don't know 100% if they will turn you away for not adhering to the dress code, but they certainly can do so.

To echo the others here ... Bistro and V&A do not accept the Dining Plan.
If you have a polo / golf shirt then you will be fine at Bistro - that's what my husband wore with a pair of dockers and he was not out of place one bit.
V&A is far more formal - you will need a jacket and tie in order to have dinner in their dining room.
Have a great trip! :goodvibes

The only two credit character meal is Cinderella's Royal Table. All other character meals are 1 credit (except Mickey's Backyard Barbecue which is considered a dinner show).
