BWV Resale Question

My husband and I are considering the purchase of a BWV through resale. Do any of you have an idea of what the closing costs would be on about 300points?

I believe closing costs are generally around $500. We are closing in just a couple days on a VWL contract of 230 points. Also keep in mind that you have to pay the dues for the year(can be negotiated with seller). We paid the contract price, $700 in dues and about $500 in closing costs. Good luck!!

We did an add on in January. 300 points at BWV and the closing costs were $450.00.
