I'm finally starting to pack for our 5/6 flight...can you bring a plastic knife on the plane for spreading PB&J on crackers? I don't think there's a snack provided on our flight, and it's a 6:10 a.m. flight and I thought PB&J on saltines would be nice for breakfast and keep the kids busy giving them something to make for themselves on the plane...we do have other snacks that won't be messy or need a knife just in case...thanks!

I don't they are allowed. I would call the airline to be sure.

You could probably make do with a plastic spoon :).
Try a popsicle stick...that should work too!

Or make them the night before and put them in a baggie.

Or just buy some of those Smuckers Uncrustables, and you don't have to spread anything!!

I never heard of Uncrustables - what are they? Making them the night before is a good idea - it will give the girls something to do in the hotel room at the airport! Thanks eveyrone.
