Ok, so like everything else, my posts are stop and starts. As are my weight loss & excercise plans.
I went back to work P.T. after 5 years at home . Love my job, hate my weight.:sad2:
Signed up for Princess 5k and now feeling like I need to get off the couch a little more. Carpooling, commuting, scrapbooking and shopping alas does not burn thousands of calories.

Can anyone point me in the direction of the "from couch to 5k" program? OR anything similar. Thanks in advance!

I'm on week 4 and I love this program. it increases just enough to be challenging without making me so miserable I quit. :rotfl: I'm aiming for a local 5k this spring and doing the Race for the Taste next year. Good luck! :thumbsup2

Good luck with your adventure princess. If you need a little daily motivation boost you can go to my Blog, I try to think up something every day. It helps me to stay with it also.

I'm a walker and there are some canned walking plans over on the walking site.

Also on DisneyRunning.com we have a good walking daily log.

I also have an opening on the Hakuna Matata team if you wanna start a daily post with a home team.

Hope some of this helps.
