Mortgage Balance

Does anyone know if you can email member services to find out your mortgage balance? Or do you have to call accounting?

How about getting it online? Is this possible?

I'm not sure if you can get the balance by email or not. And currently there is no way to look it up on line. But if you call them, it will only take a second. I just got my balance again yesterday. I was making an extra principal payment and the total phone call (getting balance, giving credit card info, getting new balance, etc.) took 3 minutes max.
