Split stay - Airport

I am in the very beginning stages of our Fall 2009 trip planning. We always visit the "world" but thought we would shake things up with a stay at DL this time.

My rough plan so far is 3 night in Anaheim and then 6 nights in SanDiego. Which airports are the closest?

There's the San Diego International Airport
and John Wayne Airport

But Anaheim and San Diego are only an hour & half drive..
