If you have an inside cabin booked does this mean none of our dining tables will be window-side? If you repeat several times in each restaurant is it the same table. Do the table locations tend to be the same in each restaurant?

We did a 4-day cruise two years ago and had and inside cabin. two of our dining nights were in Lumiere's and we had a table right by the window (both nights).

Your cabin category does not affect your table assignment at all. :)

You will be assigned a table number along with your rotation. You will have the same table number in all three dining rooms. Although the location of that table will be better in some dining rooms than in others, you'll always have the same table every time you visit that dining room.

On one side of the restaurant they look outside, and on the other they overlook an interior hallway.
Parrot Cay has windows that look outside, but Animators Palate has none.
