We just changed our reservation for my parents and my family to a 2BR lock-off from a studio and 1 BR. We thought it would be nice to "share" the common area but yet to have our seperate spaces. In Kidani, what are the differences (if any) between the dedicated and lock-off 2BRs? (I can find floor plans for the lock-offs but not dedicated.) Will room keys for the 2BR lock-offs work for both entry doors?
Thanks for any info. We have stayed in studios but never in the larger units and we are looking forward to seeing how our experiences differ.

In Kidani, the 1BR side will essentially be the same regardless of dedicated or lock-off and will have 2 bathrooms. The dedicated will have a single, and the lock-off a dual inner door to second bedroom. With the dedicated 2BR there is only one front door and the lock-off has a front door both to the 1BR and studio. The studio of the lock-off has the mini-kitchen, queen bed and a pull-out couch. The dedicated second bedroom will have two queen beds. It does not have a door to the hallway or the little foyer by the door; without that and without the mini-kitchen, you get more space in the bedroom section and the room as a whole will feel bigger. For a 2br lock-off, all the room keys open both doors.
As far as the experience, you should be warned: once you stay in a 1BR (in your case it will be a 2BR), you may never want to stay in just a studio again. Having the living area, large master bath, kitchen with full size fridge, and washer/dryer makes many realize that they have been depriving themselves by just staying in a studio.

Thanks for the info. We all really like the idea of them having the kitchenette plus them having a seperate entrance so I think the 2BR lockoff will be perfect for our group!
