How long is pass office open and where is it?

We have annual pass vouchers that we have to make into id cards, but I am not sure where to go and in which park ? Also, can anyone tell me how long these offices are open at night?
We are not getting into the HRH until 6 pm or so and just wondered if we could run over and get our id's made before going to dinner at citywalk.
Do they have the offices at both parks and does it matter which one we go to, or is there central location outside of the parks that we should find?

You can go into either park with the id, take a right and go to vacation services. They should be open as long as the park (they tend to vary) but usually, they are open operating hours.
