Hee Hee, the Evil Panda has caught you again. Abandon all hope the lair of the Evil Panda is escape proof. You must pay the ransom to gain your freedom.

Don't try to sneak out we all saw you come in here.

Your ransom, you must confess; When you go to DisneyWorld, what is your gotta have naughty food.

I'll go first, I actually have 2 vices. I must have a double burger with cheese and all the fixings at the Elec Umbrella. I must have at least one of those darn Ice Cream Bars shaped like Mickey's head. I eat the ears first.

Ok confess your food vices, what naughty food calls your name like the sailors siren song.

Your sooo bad Dave!

I almost yelled to DH that we were going down for the ToT race too LMBO

So ok, here is the ransom .... hmmm. this is tough. I would say it has been the Dole Whip. But lately I haven't managed to get one in. Though either a Beaches & Cream or a Ghiradelli is fast becoming a new tradition.

Oh ... the butternut squash soup at Wolfgang Express. I can't get it at home and it's my fave.

Hmmmm. I came in here to see if you were going to go au naturale.

My vices: everything! However, if I must pick two, one would be the popcorn. I love that stuff. Second, nothing in particular - just overeating in general. :( However, ice cream is not a downfall. I just don't eat much of it. Go figure.

Well you got me!

My "must have snack" Does beer count? I MUST have a beer from the Rose & Crown. And it's not the "lite" beer I drink at home but the real stuff!

For me, it's a root beer float, a wheat beer from Germany, a Grey Goose slushie, Petri-fries, and Krispy Kreme donuts. There is probably more I am forgetting....

Also, I have to usually track down sausage and biscuits for the dbf. We used to get them at the Abc place and then they changed their menu. He sat and sulked at Starring Rolls while I ate. A poor, unfortunate cast member came up and asked if we were on our honeymoon. He barked "No!" at her. She politely wished us a magical day and scampered off while I had a mouthful of food. After he realized the poor woman was just being friendly, he wanted to find her and apologize.

Oh Hope, I forgot all about that honeymoon stuff...LOL!

Must have for me? Margarita at the Cantina and Nachos.

MK. Butterscotch Sundae that I take and eat in the Rose Garden with DH

MGM - Fairfax fries on my bench and people watch

AK - Fries or ice cream.

I believe there is a pattern here.....

I love sundaes from Beaches & Cream! In Epcot, I love the pasteries from the bakery in France. I've been known to get a box with several goodies to go. I think my new favourites are the beignets from POFQ... Oh I can't forget about Dole Whips.

I guess you can say I have a real sweet tooth...

Not going to be there for TOT (boo hoo) but will be there this weekend.

Ok so there is quite a few things that I could list on here but the absolute 1 thing I ALWAYS have to get on any trip to WDW is a bratwurst and saurkraut at Summerfest in Germany.

And with the Food and Wine festival we ALWAYS have to get a chorizo quesadilla in Mexico but that is only at the F&W booth. Also our new favorite gotta have at the F&W festival is the Ice Wine in Canada - OMG it is so good we had to buy a bottle last year - it was like $60 for the skinniest bottle I have seen - saved it for Christmas though and it was GOOOOO. Don't know if I can afford it this year though.

I'll have to add to mine.

EPCOT - Carlsberg and a School Bread. Also the Butterfinger Cheesecake at Sunshine Seasons.

Magic Kingdom - Dole Whip.

Animal Kingdom - Onion Rings at Flame Tree.

MGM - Oddly enough nada. Onion Rings Again at Sci Fi and the Sundae sure aren't bad.

Pop - Tie Dyed Cheesecake (I can't wait for January)

POFQ - Beignets

OK I'm done . Unless I think about each hotel. :rotfl2:

ok. I am not sure what this says about me. I have no particular food vice at WDW. I do know where they sell fresh fruit in every park though.

No wait, I HAVE to have the escargot at the French Restaurant in Epcot. And I have to look at the pasteries while we are waiting to be seated but I seldom ever actually eat the pasteries because I can choose just one.

Umm, Princess, those are snails. They are not food, I suppose you could bait a hook with them and catch food.

New WISH Mission, introduce Cruella to real food.

Wow! I'm hungry now! And I'm staying at POFQ in January, so I will definitely go for the Beignets.

Many of my trips to WDW have been with my sister and we stay ot OKW, so do lots of cooking ourselves. My indulgence? (pass no judgment)--A glass of wine with lunch every day. (and maybe another while sitting by the pool)

As for what else I would eat--I do have a fondness for Dole Whips, and the free squares of chocolate at Ghiradelli (I have been known to go in, go out, and go in again just to get more than one), chocolate shakes at Beaches and Cream. Other than that, I consider Disney to be a "diet-free zone" and treat it accordingly--life is too short to sweat the calories every single day.

Maura, calories don't count when you are on vacation, since you are away from home they don't know where you live. As long as you don't give the chocolate your real name and address it's just a Disney Affair. What happens at Disney stays at Disney don't cha know.

Since alot of people were saying that the DOLE WHIP is one of the Treats you have at WDW. Dave was asking on Disneyrunning.com where he could get one. He thought he should try it so this is what I wrote.
Thought ya'all might get a kick out of it.

"Dave: OK here it is.....
Picture yourself going under the railroad station as you enter the Magic Kingdom..... can you see it?? are you seeing it???
OK, now walk down main street heading toward the castle. It's a beacon calling your name.... can you hear it?? "Dave, come on in and have a magical day.." I heard it, did you?
Now, as you get closer to the Castle and the end of main street, certain smells and sounds will come to you. Like the cookie smell being pumped outside of the Bakery, the sound of the piano man playing outside. Keep to the left side of the hub and go off toward Adventureland.
You start hearing the sounds of drums as pass over the bridge and now you are off for an adventure!! On your right, pretty much as you cross over the bridge is...... ......AAAHHHHH! its the place you get your Dole Whip!!! Enjoy it and take a seat and take in the sights and sounds!!

Are you feelin it??"

Hope that makes everyone's day!!

Dave, that was cruel. But at the same time, we do all have our vices. Mine would include a Nestle Toll House Ice Cream Sandwich and a chocolate eclair from the French Pavillion. They are not my only ones but 2 of my favorites.

I don’t really have any favorite food at Disney. I was hoping reading this thread would stir some memories. Trying to think, is there anything I'd go out of my way for…. not really. Although, I forgot about the beignets from POFQ. Hmmm might have to make a drive over this year.

Now don’t get me wrong, pretty much everything that was mentioned sounded good. Just wouldn’t go out of my way for any of it.

Enjoy,
Duane

In the MK in the Liberty Square they make Nestle Toll house Ice cream cookie sandwiches. But these aren't the ordinary ones you can buy from the cart guys.....these are HOMEMADE COOKIES which are huge with 2 scoops of ice cream! You can even watch them make them!!! :cloud9:
