ok I am obviously slow today...I am having a hard time posting pics. can anyone help me?

Take look at our DIS Video Tutorial thread at the top of the page. It guides you through the steps and makes it easy!

as long as you have a photo thats uploaded to a website and you have the address for the pic.... when you're ready to enter a photo into a post, locate the little postcard icon in the same line as "B" "I" "U" and all of the other font tools. It has a mountain on it. Click that and enter the URL for the photo and voila!
