San Diago - Humphrey's half moon hotel

Hi

We're visting from the UK and spending 1 week here. It's already booked.

I've checked out tripadvisor and it looks okay. Any more info on this, like good places to eat, shopping, nearest walmart.

There are 3 of us me(44) DH(45) and DS(10)

We're planning on going to Sea World and the Zoo. Don't know if Legoland will be a little too young for us know. DH loves coasters. As you can see from my signature, we've been to Orlando a lot.

What else can you peeps recommend to do in and around San Diago, we will have a car.

The fist week will be spent in Anaheim, so we will be doing Disney, beach, catalina Island looks good. Probably go to Hollywood too etc.

We want to see some of the real Scol, and not just the theme parks

Humphrey's is pretty neat. we stayed there in feb. i liked it and it was close to sea world. some other neat things to do in san diego would be balboa park. the museums there are pretty neat. old town san diego. misson bay, coronado. i'm not too familiar with the more family friendly stuff other than that. i was just there in downtown for my bachelor party haha.
