Just wondering.....if you are pregnant, does DCL ask for a doctor's note verifying "how pregnant" you are?

How many weeks will you be when you cruise? After the 24th week you won't be allowed to board.

"Women who are past their 24th week of pregnancy will be refused passage due to safety concerns." pg69 of the cruise brochure.

Is it apparent that you are pregnant? Then I would have a doctor's note to show during check in at the pier if they question you. Some women show more than others. When I was 3 months along, I took a pregnant friend who was in labor to the hospital. The delivery staff thought I was the one in labor. True story!!! I wore maternity clothes at 6 weeks. At 23 weeks, the only way I could have travelled was with a doctor's note.

They have a generic medical form (request from your TA or DCL if you booked directly) and there is a specific portion that asks if the cruiser is pregnant and if so how far along at the point of sailing. Even if you aren't showing, I would think it's a good idea to have this filled out and sent in. That way there's no questions.
