Which days to go to Universal and IoA and Sea World

We are planning our Oct/November trip to WDW. This year we plan on visiting UNiversal, Island Of Adventure and Sea World.
Is there a day that is better to visit these parks??

You should stay away from IOA on Saturday if possible, unless staying on site. Otherwise the crowds at Universal are lightest at the beginning of the week and increase as the week progresses.

We've only been to Seaworld during the week, it wasn't crowded. SW is a slower paced park than Universal. Bit of a nice break.
