What are the rules for viewing fireworks at the Top of the World lounge? Do you have to have a MK view room? do you just have to be staying at the BLT? I was just wondering what the parameters were...

Nothing has been officially announced. It is in the paperwork that it is not part of the timeshare, which means Disney can do what they want with it.

I would think if any restrictions were to be imposed , it would be open to Lake view guests as MK view guests can watch from thier rooms.

I took the "lounge" to be a bar, not just a viewing area. I think there is a separate outdoor viewing platform.
