BLT Size?

I think we have decided on 56 points, enough for 2 weekday nights in a 1 BR in either Adventure Season or Choice Season. I am ready to buy this very minute, but DH wants to wait till he sees it in person when we go in Dec. My question is related to selling out. How many units wll there be? Is it likely that specific use years will sell out by December? We have an August use year and a June use year with all of our points at the BWV.

I seriously doubt they will sell out any use year by December. Honestly, the building isn't even ready for occupancy.

I doubt they will be sold out by December 2009 let alone this year, simply because its not the only available property on the market and yes a great deal of people would love to buy it but actually having the money to do so is another thing.

I agree. My guide hinted that it would sell out fast but with the economy the wat it is and other resorts available I think you will be fine waiting until Decemeber.

Has anyone done the calculation of how many total points there will be for sale? I realize that they've pulled the points chart, and that there probably will be a change, but we could get a good estimate.

I wondering what selling out "fast" means? How fast is fast? I can't see how BLT will sell out before AKV. But then again maybe AKV isn't selling fast enough? I can't see BLT selling out before it's open for guests. But, perhaps it will sell out within 6 months of its opening, so I'm thinking it won't sell out until sometime in the 1st half of 2010.
