I'm happy to report that I haven't done a minute of work since around 10 this morning. Yesterday's all day video shoot really crushed me. So I decided to do what HAD to get done first thing and then relax.

We had 2 new chairs and an ottoman delivered today for our morning room. I thought Emily was going to jump out of her skin when the delivery people showed up.

DH went to the doctor this week--may have to have shoulder surgery--MRI to be done Oct. 3rd--will have to see how we want to plan if he does?? Won't have any vacation left if he has the surgery...do we plan it so his recup time happens during the cruise...like the last week or so of his recup time?? then vacation time is paid by short term disability??? It's a beach club like Paradise Beach but you have to book it in advance. They only allow 100 people per day and it looks beautiful. They have a pool as well with a swim up bar. We did paradise beach last time and loved it but were just looking for a change and someplace with a pool as well since PB doesn't have one at this time.

It's a beach club like Paradise Beach but you have to book it in advance. They only allow 100 people per day and it looks beautiful. They have a pool as well with a swim up bar. We did paradise beach last time and loved it but were just looking for a change and someplace with a pool as well since PB doesn't have one at this time.

I thought that looked like alot of fun but I wouldn't be able to do it :sad1: So we are going to Chankanaab National Park.

Morning everyone! I slept until 10:00 today - I can't believe it!! Greg left at 7:30 to take DD to soccer and I don't have to go anywhere until 2:00 when I take DS to his football game. What a great day! :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana:

We booked the Island Tour and Stingray City trip thru Disney on GC. We did this two years ago, but DS doesn't remember the turtle farm and DD remembers and wants to go back.

We also booked the Dolphin Swim in Cozumel at 10:15 - 2:15. We wanted to do this on our last trip but we were diverted to Costa Maya because of hurricane damage in Cozumel.

Yep, we'll be there at the Hyatt! Although I expect we won't see anyone until we all race for the buses in the AM. :yay: By the time we arrive at 9pm we'll be bleary-eyed and worn out. Our flight is only 2 hours long but I know the dogs will have us up at the usual 5 am in the morning before we leave.

WELLINGTON, FL -- Sheriff deputies are searching for a missing girl with autism who wandered from her home on Farmington Avenue in Wellington.

5-year-old Kaitlin Bacile is 3 1/2 feet tall, 50 lbs, with shoulder length black hair.

She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with pinkish orange sleeves, pinkish orange shorts, and no shoes.

Kaitlin has been missing since just before 5pm Saturday when she wandered away from her home on Farmington Avenue.

Her father, John Bacile, says the she opened the door leading from the house into the garage and escaped.

He claims that door and the garage door are usually shut but the family is packing to move and she managed to wander away.
John says he realized she was gone within three minutes of her disappearance. He then drove around looking for her and when he couldn't find her, he called 911.

Kaitlin is described as having the mental capacity of a 3 1/2 year old.

Kaitlin's father says she doesn't speak, but will respond to her name.

The Sheriff's office says a blanket Kaitlin was carrying was found after she disappeared.

They used that to help the K-9s pick up her scent which they followed to a nearby canal.

That is one of the places Kaitlin's father feared she may have ended up since she loves the water but doesn't know how to swim.

Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue Special Ops dive teams searched the canal but found nothing.

As PBSO's Eagle helicopter flies over the Wellington neighborhood, and deputies and K-9 units search yards, neighbors are wandering with flashlights, checking inside and outside of homes.

PBSO says they've used reverse 911 twice to ask residents nearby to join in the search that they vow will continue until Kaitlin is found

Just got back from Youngstown to see Bill's dad. I got some rally sad news before we left for camping Friday. I got an email from my friend. She was telling me about how sick her DH has been. I was in shock reading it, I kept hoping for a good ending, but by the end of her email she was telling me her DH had just passed away that morning:guilty: It was very unexpected and he had only been sick a short time. So very sad. I just sat there crying. He leaves behind 3 kids ages 8, 9, and 11. I was feeling guilty that I was about to go on a fun weekend camping trip with my family and here she was going through one of the most difficult days of her life. We had to go to the funeral home today. She was holding up well. Please send some prayers her way. Her name is Melanie.

Yesterday we all went to the Pitt-Iowa game won by my Panthers 21-20 (sorry Melanie).

Today, I took Elizabeth shopping for her birthday (it's on Wednesday) and spent a boatload of cash at Limited Too. Got her a sparkly black dress for Formal Night and some school clothes. We had a lot of fun.

Then we all went out to dinner to celebrate Mina's birthday (which is tomorrow).

The very fact that I'm still awake at 9:30 shows that something has changed and that I am much closer to "back to normal" (whatever that is!) :rotfl:

I talked to Jan tonight. They had a great time on their Wonder cruise last week. They leave again 2 weeks from yesterday for a 7 day Western. I guess she booked a 7 day for January with a friend and her and Dave go on another 7 day in September for their anniversary:banana:

We still managed to have a really good time camping, even with the sad news from my friend. As always the time went really fast. Tomorrow we are cleaning out the camper and it won't be back at our house again until spring:guilty: I am always sad when camping season ends.

My dad is a big civil war history nut. He would love to live 30 minutes from Gettysburg. He just went there recently. I have only been there once. I would love to go back there someday.
