I was wondering if someone could help me out!!
We are visiting Disney in December and staying offisite at Windsor Hills.
We have always wanted to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge, but our budget just can not afford it.

As a suprise, I have booked 1 addtl night onto our trip, staying at AKL savannah view club level. This is our disney dream come true!

I make all the travel arrangements, so my dh will never know!!
I am so excited. I know that our 2 dd's, almost 2 & 4 will love having a balcony overlooking the savannah. We will spend the extra 2 days hanging out at the resort, before taking a late flight home.

I was hoping someone could design a fun letter to give my family the morning that they think we are leaving to head home, telling them about the stay at AKL. Maybe decorated with Mickey and some AKL stuff?

I was thinking something along these lines...
.................................................. ...........................
Dear Somers Family,

I hope you enjoyed celebrating the holidays in Disney!

You've worked hard all year and the girls have been good.
Everyone had a great time, and I knew that you would!

Eight days of fun, But now it is done.

Turn your frown upside down, and
Don't be sad that your trip is through!

I have a special surprise for you!

Grab your bags and head to the car,
there is still one last thing to Do!
You're going to Animal Kingdom Lodge,
A Club Level Room, with a Savannah View!

Merry Christmas!
Love,
Mickey Mouse
(His character signature if possible!)

I really appreciate any help or suggestions!! I think they will be so excited and I Would love to be able to give it to them, looking as if it was from Mickey!

Thanks a million!!

I've reworded things a little. How's this?

To home it is time
for you all to head

Now don't be sad
nor tears be shed

Turn a frown to a smile
Is what you must do

As I've a surprise
especial for you!

Grab your bags
Head to the car

To the AK Lodge
C'mon, it's not far!

A Club Level room
Is what awaits you

Upon the Savanah
A giraffe, or a kudu

From your balcony
Is what you may view

You've worked hard and
The girls have been dear

So Merry Christmas and
a Happy New Year!

That's okay... I wasn't trying to rush you!!
I am far to "untalented" at these things to hurry someone who is, lol.

I really appreciate it!!

Thanks again!! I am so excited for them!!

Thank you so much!!! I love it!!

How would I print it, and what size / type of paper do you recommend?

Thanks again!! I am very excited!

You should be able to copy it and paste it in to a program like Word and print it from there. It's designed to be printed on 8.5 X 11 paper with about .25" around it. You'll have to adjust the borders to .25" all the way around and possibly resize the image to fill the page.

As for paper...the whiter the paper is the brighter the colors will come out. Another option I just thought of is I can remove the "paper" and leave just the border, the animals and the text and you could print it on parchment paper. It would affect the colors of the border but it might give it an old world look.
