I don't know why I can never find this on the www.disneyworld.com website but could someone give me a link? I am trying to find the 2009 Dining Plan brochure so I can verify my restaurant choices are still available.
Also, we are in our 180 day period but due to the computer situation at Disney I know we can't book right now. Can anyone remember what date Kevin said the system would be back online and taking reservations for March?
TIA

NEW DINING RESERVATION SYSTEM IN THE WORKS
Disney will begin implementing a new reservation system that combines dining, recreation and tour bookings.
The conversion will start on July 21, 2008 and is expected to be functioning on October 24. While this is taking place, the latest dining reservation date which can be booked in advance is January 25, 2009. Once the new system is operating, it will revert to the 180 day Advance Dining Reservation window.
The exceptions to the shortened ADR booking window are Cinderella's Royal Table, Chef Mickey's and Victoria & Albert's.
If I were you, I'd call and ask. They were accepting reservations through Feb. 22nd a couple of weeks ago. It may have opened up farther by now.
Here are 2008 restaurants. Wouldn't expect it to be much different in 2009?

Thanks for the LINK Trivial!
Do you happen to know LINK used to figure out the "date" one can actually start booking dining in advance?

I update these lists annually. There's always an uproar when so many restaurants are missing initially.
It takes awhile for Disney to hash out all of the contracts with the non-Disney owned restaurants. Don't panic if you a place you were counting on isn't there yet.

It's really bad this year. Most noticably at Epcot!

Really?! Well, that sucks.
We haven't been at WDW since October 2006. In October 2007 we rented a house on Hilton Head and this year we put a deck on the house (no big vacation).
I must be out of practice! =)

Can someone help me? Le Chefs de France doesn't show on the dining brochure as one of the restarurants covered by the dining plan, yet when you go to the restaurant site on the Disney Web site it is listed as a Disney Dining Plan participant.
Who to believe - the web site or the brochure? :confused3
Thanks for any advice!

I'd take that to mean that they are presently participating in the DDP (e.g. 2008), but have not yet finalized details for 2009. Most likely, they probably will.

As mentioned earlier by Regina...the same thing happened last year. Several of the Epcot TS restaurants were added to the list after-the-fact. Now, it's no guarantee that whatever your favorites are will opt to participate again, so it might be a good idea to have some alternates ready just in case.
Personally, I'll be waiting to see if Teppan Edo and Tutto Italia end up back on the list. :thumbsup2

Thanks all! We've never eaten at Chefs de France before and look forward to trying it. If they end up not on the plan we'll pay and look somewhere else to use our TS! :)
