Would you like to meet before fantasmic some night we could chat before the show starts we where planning to go on Tuesday the 19th but our schedule is very open and relaxed and I have yet to make any ADR's :idea:

Fantasmic starts at 7:30 so we are going to try to get ADR'S for either Hollywood and Vine or 50ts prime time for around 5pm so we could meet at the Sorcerer Mickey Hat shortly after 6 :wizard: and then make our way over to Fantasmic last time we went to WDW in September we had a big DIS meet right at pop but there where over 30 of us staying at POP for free dining i still chat with some of them and that was 2 years ago

I will be wearing something with a lime Green mickey attached .

Yes, we're going in early December so I can get my Disney Christmas fix (4 days), then we're going in January for our long vacation. We're recent DVC members, got a good deal on a resale and had extra points to use :woohoo:

I'll have my Mickey backpack with my LGMH on it and a tinker lanyard on.

We'll be staying at SSR the weekend of January 18-19, 2009. We're not planning to go to the parks at this point, but we'll be hanging around SSR if you want to say "hello." :-)

We changed resorts when the 4/3 came out. We'll be at FW cabins. DH has been looking for an excuse to bring his golf cart to WDW and now I've given him one :lmao:

Hopefully a few others will join our families for the meet.

glad that you were able to take advantage of the 4/3 offer buy the time we found out that we could change our res it was all ready too late and we would have had to upgrade to a mod and even with the offer it would have been more than staying at POP and we are on a very tight budget .

Ps both DW and I think that it is silly to chase a little white ball all day .:rotfl: I am thinking of making t shirts with lime green mickey's and Canadian flags on them for my family.

So do we, DH doesn't golf except playing Wii, the town we live in lets you drive golf carts on the road. We bought one so we could ride a round town. We use the golf cart for quick trips to the store that we don't need a car for.

I'm in Montreal, and planning to do a solo trip to WDW in February. I'd like to get one of those lime green mickeys, as well as the ribbon, so I can meet some Disers. Do you know if Home Depot sells them in Quebec too?

Just look in the Disney section of paint samples in the paint department. The Mickey heads come in all different colors but lime green is the color Disers use to recognize each other. I have made luggage tags out of some of the other color Mickey heads. I carry my LGMH on my back pack. I have only met 1 Disers in 2 trips though. In June there were a group of us looking for each other but never manage to find one another :confused3 guess it was too busy. If you have problems finding any just post back and I'll send you some (5 -6). I have mailed some to England for some Disers, no HD in England.

The fantasmic at WDW is very different to the one at DL both great but different . The plan right now is to meet at the big sorcer Mickey hat around 6pm on Monday the 19th and then heading over to Fantasmic

I live in a very small town 1/2 way between Richmond & Washington, DC. Interstate 95 is a 45 minute ride from our home. We are between the Rappahannock and Potomac Rivers.

but didn't see anyone much around cept for several families with small kids and a few people that were walking through to where they were going. just my luck though. I wish the meetup would have been on a different day because the 19th was hell because of it being a holiday. 1:20+ wait to ride Toy Story Mania...I don't think so! most all the fastpasses to the rides was gone,cept Star Tours and I am glad though I got to at least do American Idol Experience though. P.S. I did manage to see the last Fantasmic show and it was cool!
