I got the email from Disney Email today that Free dining has been extended.

For Cardmembers looking for both a magical vacation and a way to save money, this Walt Disney WorldŽ Resort vacation package is the perfect opportunity.

This 4 night, 5 day Magic Your Way vacation package includes Walt Disney WorldŽ Resort hotel accommodations, Walt Disney WorldŽ Theme Park Tickets and the Disney Dining Plan, which provides one quick service meal, a select snack, and one table service meal per person, per night of your package. Excludes gratuities and alcoholic beverages. Children ages 3-9 must choose from children's menu, if available. Choose from over 100 select Disney restaurants, including Disney Character dining.

Dates are: 9/29-10/11, 11/9-11/22, 12/14-12/20, 2008

Discount code is QXZ

Pete's seems to be right on the economy and with all that is going on Disney is needing to extend the offers to get their rooms filled.

Hehe, they snuck around Mousefest... oh well.
That was going to be my motivation on going last-minute :sad1:

If they really want to fill up those rooms, they should offer free dining to the general public! :thumbsup2

I just realized that even though my stay isn't during these dates, the trips booked prior to 10/11 could spill over into my stay if they're long enough. Hopefully it won't be too much more crowded. :guilty: (Hopefully it's supposed to be really empty since they're even offering this! :yay: )

Thanks you just saved me $176 off my trip. I checked the site and it applied to my trip dates. One room is now booked with a pin code that was cheaper with a child and the other is booked with this discount. I cant believe how cheap I am getting this years trip!!!!

I believe so. I know in the past they would release the dates and code ahead of a general announcement to the public. In May people with a Disney Visa got a 3 day jump on booking the rooms. Try it with the code and see if it will work. I have to admit that I do like my card for my Disney fix. The 6 month no interest is nice for paying off a trip slowly and not the big chunk out of my bank account. I always use the bounce back points for my purchases while I am at the park.

even though there giving it away for free alot of the better restaurants are booked up. So if you dont have ADRs yet make sure you check before you book free dining.

That savings also upgraded us to a preferred room instead of a standard at POP. So all in all we got a pretty good deal. I just changed some dining ressies yesterday and I was able to get quite a few great places in those changes.:thumbsup2

But you got an email. I think that's separate from the Visa offer, and still not something for the general public.

I have not idea how I got this email. Everyone at work keeps asking how I got it. My family went to the World last October and I have used Disney's website for other quotes, but never booked. Could that be it? :confused3
