Hmmm, most of the time Fox News is full of you-know-what but I can't see why they would make this up, so it must be true :p Anyway, I would be furious to find out I lived in one of those houses. I hope this works out for the residents.

Ouch! And I thought my neighbors who bought homes built on top of the old town garbage dump had it bad...

It's a true story. Really sad for those that live there.

Oh my! "Some weighed up to 23 pounds. Most were recovered on the grounds of a middle school, including one lodged beneath the landing pit for the long jump." Of all places to have a landing pit, on top of a large explosive isn't the best place.

Kinda makes me wonder what is under my house since we live in a military area. Yowzers.

Oh yeah it's true...not only are there houses on the old site there are SCHOOLS within a close distance......last spring ( I think) they would detonate some of the bombs to try and clear the area....it was big news around here daily

I feel bad for anyone in that area...talk about your property values falling!!??

Looks like I may have something to worry about other than my first year of teaching come next August! (I will be teaching in Orange County if all goes as planned.)
