Fan Club Card..Again

I have been lurking on these boards for about a year now. Thanks to all the information we are staying at the HRH for 5 nights at the end of June with an Entertainment Rate. I have been trying for months now to get an Fan Club Card. I've tried employeers, credit unions, and Universal website. Any suggestions how I could get one would be appreciated. Thanks.
