Hi guys!
We're off in ten days :cheer2: but I'm a little worried about something...
We've booked through an online travel agent and not through Disney itself. We've received a confirmation email but NO documentation whatsoever! Is this normal??
The email has several reference numbers for Eurostar tickets, accommodation etc... but it makes me really uncomfortable having nothing in writing other than an email on a piece of paper! Never been to DLRP before so don't really know what to expect! All I know is we saved a LOT of money doing it online (we're staying at HNY) and I'm wondering if this is why! :rotfl:

All you need is a printout of your email confirmation, with all the reference numbers on it.
This gets you your tickets for Eurostar, and is your confirmation for check-in at your hotel as well.
I've never had any confirmation through the post for my DLRP holidays - I do my airline tickets the same way - email confirmation.
It will be fine :thumbsup2

i booked direct with disney and the only confirmation i have gotten from them is the email they send you with your number. i have been on the phone adding something on to my package so i know i definately have a booking. maybe you could ring and just ask to confirm your details. i have found the cm on the phone to be very helpful

The letter is fine. The only thing I would add is to make sure you take the credit/debit card that you used to pay. You may need this to collect your Eurostar tickets at the machine.

That's fantastic, thanks :goodvibes
Last question - where do we need to go to pick up the Eurostar tickets? The train is allegedly at 08:53 so what time would be good to check in and grab tickets etc?
Thank you!

I would get there an hour before - but I always like to be a little bit too early to calm my nerves!

An hour early, that's pushing it a bit :thumbsup2
I was raised to get to the airport at least two hours before check in! My Dad was always so nervous about missing the plane :lmao:
I think our tickest back in 2004 said that we had to be there 45 minutes before the train left but please don't quote me on that.
