Camcorder?

Recently upgraded and bought myself a new DSLR. Now I need to upgrade my old Sony Digital8 camcorder.

Any recommendations without spending big $$$. Looking for harddrive as opposed to tape/stick.

HD would be great but I think that is more than what I was looking to spend.
