Is it too early to book for next Easter?

We've taken out last at home teen to Disney with a friend the last 3 Easters. Just got next years school calendar and saw Easter break at the end of April. Had such a great rate at the Dolphin for the teacher's rate that I'm tempted to just book again for next year. Anyone book for a year from now? Or is there plenty of time for that teacher's rate?

If I were going at any busy time - especially Easter or Christmas, I would book as soon as possible. Not sure how long the rate will last but, the rooms may get booked up if it is busy. Remember, you will only have to pay one night's room plus tax as a deposit.

I totally agree with Cinderella. Book now, You can always make adjustments as the year goes by if needed. At least you will have a room.

Have you called Dolphin about the teacher rate for next Easter? Just curious becausewhen I did (about a week ago), it was only available at the Swan. I also noticed that their web site only has Gov't rate (usually same as teachers) available at Swan for all of 2003 so far. I am thinking maybe it is just too early. What do you think?

Just last night the principal told me he tried to book the Dolphin for next Easter a couple of days ago, but was told they hadn't released the teacher's rate yet. He is going to book the rooms anyway and make the adjustments later.

I just saw that Easter falls on our school vacation, too -bummer for crowds, but gotta do it!

Discount Rates such as the Teacher/Govt employee have not been established at the Swan/Dolphin for next year, nor have the WDW resort prices. It is a good idea to book the room (to ensure you have one as others have said) but keep in mind that the rate is subject to change.

I always book as soon as I know the definite dates of my trip. Thatw ay I'm sure I have a place to satay. Then I doodle around with discounts etc as time goes on.

I think its EXTREAMLY EARLY to book but thats just my opinion....however....we booked in Feb. for Easter and got 109@ POR

I booked for 3/03 about a month and a half ago. We're staying in CSR and I was quoted the rack rate of $154. I'm going to see what I can do as far as discounts as we get closer.

How'd you get the $109 rate? I'd love to know. Thanks.

Yeah, this year. I cant remember what the discount was for...just that the CRO CM asked me if I had something and I said yeah...
