We will be heading down in a week or so and our family will have 2 vehicles there. I have heard that there isn't any chance of parking 2 vehicles at your site so I was wondering if anybody has ever had any trouble with your vehicle being messed with in the overflow parking.

Thanks for any feedback and info.

My son parked his car there for 2 weeks a few years ago without a problem. Be sure to register the vehicle with FW, however, so you get a parking permit for it. It costs nothing.

I have never had a problem. I have heard that others have had items stolen from vehicles. Parking is well lit, and there is a lot of activity there, but you never know.

I have had my trailer there for 2 weeks, with a trailer lock on it. It was never touched. I did park it under a light. I have heard stories, so out of sight, out of mind is my thinking.

Yeah it is the stories we are worried about.

Just got our vehicle broken into near Myrtle Beach this summer when we were parked at public access one morning between 9am and noon so we are a little gun shy. :headache: That is a good way to mess up a relaxing vacation.
