Nov 10, 2002 there are 5 of us...2 adults, 5yr old 3 yr old and a baby.

Category 4 family room w/ verandah $2932.00

Oceanview connecting rooms $2489.00

I would prefer the 2 connecting rooms for the space, but no verandah..

Also are we nuts considering a cruise w/ a 1 yr old?

Are you sure you want connecting rooms with kids so young? You'd have to have one parent sleep in each room, it would seem...the connecting doors do NOT stay open between the rooms, they are heavy doors and you have to prop them open with the wastebaskets. I think with kids so young I'd keep one Cat. 4 and enjoy the verandah.

And no, you're not crazy for taking the baby, lots of folks do. DCL has a great childcare facility for the little ones if you want to have an evening or afternoon alone without the kids.
