View Full Version : Please don't think I am unethical
Get me to Disney!

Here is my question - I have been told that I can use either the free dining or a discount code (if either become available for when I want to go). So, here is what I was thinking....how could I get away with both? Is there a way? I am thinking there would not be because the names would be listed out due to the park hopper tickets and them wanting to know who was in the room so I don't think there is a way but thought just maybe..............

Be forewarned, you will likely get "flamed" for this thread. You're saying "Please don't think I'm unethical" but you're asking how to go about cheating the system?!
No, it can't be done.

There is only one time this has been offered (room discount along with free dining). Currently, the bounceback has a 30% discount on SSR and OKW with free dining for 2009. I don't believe anyone has been able to book this yet since the rates for these rooms is not yet available. If you book any bounceback, you can change if you like to SSR and OKW with 30% off when the rooms are available. Otherwise, only one type of discount is allowed.

Its not only not going to happen but its impossible. All disney package are driven by codes. Every package has a code. No code has free dining AND a discount (except for the OKW/SS bounceback, first time ever) and packages can only have one code.

flamed for saving money? why? It's not cheating the system, it's saving money...
In any case, it just can't be done, as the system only allows one code per rez.
You could get pixie dust, when for example they have to move you to a different property for any unkown reason. You'll be upgraded, you could get concierge level, or given FD for example. But that's not cheating the system, but just getting lucky...

Fair? How can it be fair for some to get both? And to most none at all? It one or the other :) My two cents.
