I thought I remembered hearing that Tiffany Towncar includes a 30 min. grocery stop if needed. Do they still do this and is it included in the price. We are not sure if we will need one or not, but I just wanted to find out in case. I looked on the website, but didn't see anyting. TIA!

I booked with Tiffany over the phone and they asked me if I wanted a "complimentary 30-minute grocery store stop" I said sure!!!!!!!!!! I can always cancel with the driver when we arrive.

Make sure you mention it when you make the reservation though. If you wait til they pick you up, they may not have built in time for it, so you may not get it.

THanks. We haven't decided if we need it yet, but I will be sure to call and ask if we decide to take advantage of the stop. I wonder why they didn't ask when I made the ressie over the phone???
we got close to a week to go before our trip, and I am going to call them back to confirm the resie, and make sure they have all the correct information, as well as inquire to the 30 minute shooping stop.

Loki,
Did they give you any problems about adding the grocery stop. My nightmare is that we will take the stop and then find out it cost more. Let me know what they told you.

We used Tiffany Town Car on our last trip in Nov. and loved it. THe grocery stop DID NOT cost extra but you do need to tell them ahead of time. Also like the fact that we were using them on a Saturday a.m. and they picked a grocery store that wasn't busy! We were afraid that it would take us longer than 30 minutes to shop on a Saturday a.m. but it didn't . The driver said he picked the store since it wasn't busy. Got the same driver on the way back to the airport and he was great! I would definately use tiffany again.
called today to confirm reservations...
requested driver from last year, Brian, and also inquired about the Grocery stop, its all good.
also for those that font know, in the "Passporter" there is an 8 dollar coupon for TTC.

We just used Tiffany's on our April vacation and they were great, on time, right at the baggage claim area when we arrived, infact they came a little early on the return, so we could stop at Dunkin Donuts and get a bagel & coffee for the wait at the airport!
We stopped at a Publix (not busy & had everything we needed, I made a small list on our flight down)for our 30 minute stop. When I made the org.resse via the internet I sent off an additional email requesting a grocercy stop and I received an email confirming it and I also mentioned that I had a coupon in the Passporter book for $8.00 off, they had it all calulated on thier notes (I saw the sheet in the car). The price was right, roundtip with coupon, not bad with a grocery stop! Had two different drivers, but both were great & we tipped them well!
Have any of you had "Brian" as your driver? We had him lst year and are looking forward to having him be our driver this year. Just wondering if he still works there. If not who is your favorite dirvers?

My DH recently booked Tiffany Towncar once again for our Fall 2002 trip - my DH sent out e-mails to 4 different companies and Tiffany responded first - incredibly fast. They have been the most professional in answering questions and meeting our needs (we have a large group this time). Both drivers that we had before were great!
