Carolyn Allen's - hiring them to come to resort and steam dress/tuxes

Can anyone post their experience with Carolyn Allen's as far as hiring them to come to your Disney room to steam your dress and/or tuxes?

Do they come at any hour that you request? Does their shop have to actually be open at the time/day you want them to come steam? I vaguely recall reading that their store hours are very limited.

Also how many days in advance of the wedding have you guys gotten it done?
If you get it done too early, like 2 or 3 days before... does it not look as freshly wrinkle-free? (I think I'm getting to the overanalytical frantic stage of planning so yeah...)

We used CA...they were terrific. Our wedding was fri. For the guys they did a tux fitting on weds, delivered the tuxes thurs evening.

They came to my suite on fri morning and steamed my dress and 8 others...they did a wonderful job...in fact I didn't even know they were there they were so quite!

They will come to your room outside of business hours. I had them steam my dress at 5:30am on the day of the wedding.

Actually, they brought my dress to me b/c I shipped it to them 2 weeks before the wedding, and they stored it for me. They steamed it at the shop, brought it to me on the wedding day, and steamed it again. Very easy and great service.
